| Sam Falletta Appointed President & CEO of Incept CANTON, Ohio (Feb. 7, 2012) - Incept, a Canton-based conversational marketing firm, has appointed Sam Falletta to president and CEO. The appointment culminates a 15-year career at the company during which Falletta helped grow Incept from 10 employees to 250. For the past six years, he served as president at Incept and led the company to average annual growth of over 40%. Also under Falletta's leadership, the organization was recognized as one of Northeast Ohio's Top Workplaces by the Cleveland Plain Dealer, and the number-one mid-sized company to work for in Canton. Company founder Jeff White works closely with Falletta and believes he embodies several attributes that have helped him become an exceptional leader. "In terms of dealing with clients, Sam is conscientious and consistently delivers high-quality results. He is relentlessly driven to evolve professionally and personally," said White. As a manager, Falletta is committed to creating a work environment in which ideas and knowledge flow freely. "Sam is a firm believer in strengths-based management and he goes out of his way to help Incept team members function in roles where they are most capable of producing exceptional results," said White. "He's very good at helping everyone understand their role and how it impacts the organization." Professional History Falletta has also contributed greatly to Incept's corporate social responsibility goals over the years. Each year the company makes a difference in the lives of others by donating up to 10 percent of its earnings to local, national and international charitable organizations that help people in need around the globe. In fitting with the company's culture of giving, Falletta used his talents to found the area's first official TEDxAkron event last October. The event is affiliated with TED, a nonprofit organization devoted to sharing world-changing ideas and projects from the world's leading thinkers and doers. Its conferences have featured leading world thinkers including Bill Gates, Al Gore, Jane Goodall, Sir Richard Branson and former UK Prime Minister Gordon Brown. "TEDxAkron is a locally organized event that brings together community members for the purpose of discussing issues that impact the community. Its goal is to create positive change to the world starting with our immediate area," said Falletta. |

| Incept Founder / Chief Listening Officer to chair upcoming Hope for Haiti Gala in Akron Incept has been a proud supporter of Cross International for the past two years. This year Jeff White, Founder and Chief Listening Officer of Incept and Eun White, Incept's Corporate Controller are committing their time and resources to chairing a Gala event to be held in May in support of the restevak children of Haiti. Restevak is a Creole word meaning "one who stays with"; in Haiti these children are given or sold to wealthier families and live as indentured servants. The abuse and neglect endured is unimaginable. With the devastation of the recent tragic earthquake, the children of Haiti are at even greater risk as more families will now not be able to care for their own. Together with Cross International, Incept is choosing to make a difference in the lives of these children by providing educational outlets where they can learn much needed skills to assist them once they are turned out of the homes in which they serve. On May 7th, at The Hilton Akron/Fairlawn, friends and business associates from the area will come together to help us in this cause. The Gala is a fundraising event that will make a difference in so many lives. The event will begin with a silent auction and cocktail hour, followed by dinner, dancing, entertainment and a live auction including an African Safari and Carnival Cruise! | Incept Sponsors Continuing Operation of Medical Clinic in El Salvador Since 2000, Father Robert Reidy has been working in a pastoral ministry in El Salvador. Part of this work involves managing the operation of a medical clinic, which for 18 years was funded by the Knights of Malta. They withdrew their funding in 2002. Father Reidy lives in an isolated area of El Salvador about three hours from the capital of San Salvador. The clinic provides care for people living in 23 communities covering an area about half the size of Summit County, Ohio. People come to the clinic on buses that take two hours each way; and those without access to public transportation walk up to two hours. Incept was approached by the Cleveland Diocese priest at a time when the future operation of the clinic was in doubt. Along with $500 per month from a parish in Lorain, a combined donation of $500 coming from 50 individual families which helped the clinic survive, Incept stepped in and since 2003 has paid the salary of the clinic's only doctor. This enables care to be provided for anywhere from 10 to 25 patients per day who would have no other reasonable healthcare option without this clinic. "Incept is about more than making money," commented corporate Founder/Chief Listening Officer Jeff White regarding the company's support of the Central America clinic. "We are dedicated to being responsible corporate citizens who give back to the community. By sponsoring this endeavor, Incept is able to directly impact the quality of life for people who are not as fortunate as many of us here in the United States." |
